Welcome to the MMM Interoperability Solutions

The 21st Century Cures Act is a law that makes it easier for patients to access new medical technology. The Cures Act says that patients need easy access to their electronic health data. This information will be available to current members of MMM Holdings health plans. As a health plan, we need to provide a way for third parties to download our members health information to share that information with their app or program. Please review the key points below that further describe the functionality of interoperability and our responsibilities to meet those needs.
About us
MMM Healthcare, LLC is a state-of-the-art managed healthcare plan that offers much more than just original Medicare benefits. Our service has helped us to gain the support of the Medicare Advantage population in Puerto Rico, therefore today we are leaders in health care services for this segment. We offer a wide range of advantages and initiatives to meet the needs of each of our members.
In addition, we expanded our operations to cover the Medicaid beneficiary population in the island, through its affiliate company, MMM Multi Health, LLC, for Puerto Rico’s Government Health Insurance Plan, also known as “Plan Vital”. Over the past 20 years, our commitment has remained steadfast in improving the quality of life of thousands of members through innovative service models that combine efficient coordinated care and comprehensive wellness programs. We go hand in hand with our members to ensure their health, and much more. We walk together!
